Spotless rooms with tea as well as a nice large shower in the bathroom, felt like home. It was in a great and perfect location next to the sea front, shops and restaurants, the railway station and South Landing via Dane's Dyke following the coastal path.

The hotel was reasonably spacious with an excellent location next to the town centre, north beach and harbour, and South Landing via Dane's Dyke following the coastal path. The employees of the property were excellent. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered plenty of high quality food. All in all our stay was really lovely, no complaint.

The stuff was amazing friendly and the place was immaculately clean. I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was free and enjoyable with strawberries and fresh fruit, as example. Nothing to complain about, the venue met the demands.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the deluxe room with large comfy bed. The hotel was in a very central setting in a B & B establishment. What's more, it was very close to beach, amusements fairground for the kids and the town centre, north beach and harbour.
